Celeste is a graduate student in the Earth and Planetary Sciences department at the University of California, Riverside advised by Professor Edward Schwieterman. Her research interests include analyzing biosignatures, spectral modeling, photochemisty, and planetary habitability. She uses retrievals to uncover how future missions, such as the Habitable Worlds Observatory (HWO), can be utilized to characterize exoplanet atmospheres in the search for life.
