Lucy Walker is an Emmy-winning, Peabody-winning and twice Oscar-nominated filmmaker renowned for directing “consistently excellent” (Daily Telegraph) documentaries, including HOW TO CHANGE YOUR MIND, OF NIGHT AND LIGHT: THE STORY OF IBOGAINE, MOUNTAIN QUEEN, BRING YOUR OWN BRIGADE, RAM DASS GOING HOME, THE LION’S MOUTH OPENS, DAVID HOCKNEY IN THE NOW, THE CRASH REEL, THE TSUNAMI AND THE CHERRY BLOSSOM, WASTE LAND, and DEVIL’S PLAYGROUND. She grew up in London, graduated with top honors in literature from Oxford where she also directed theater, and won a Fulbright to attend NYU film school, where she supported herself as a successful New York DJ.
